Deep inner clarity. An AI-enabled system that cuts the noise. A life that feels deeply human.
For Senior Leaders in Transition

The AI-Native Executive Sprint

Six weeks, one to one, after which you run your work with AI, can show it to a board, and can lead a team through it: built around the search you are already running.

Your next role will ask how you use AI. In six weeks you will have an answer they can see: your own operating system running, three systems working your search, a ninety-second account of how you work that a chief executive or a board believes, and the plan for the first agent you will sponsor in your next organization. Experience plus AI is the scarcest profile on the market. This is how you become it, visibly, without a certificate.

Who it is for

Directors, vice presidents and C-level operators with fifteen or more years, in transition now or planning one within the year. You have built organizations and owned numbers. You are not looking for a course. You want to be current without pretending, and to carry a way of working into whatever comes next: an operating role, a fractional portfolio, or a public voice.

It is not a job-search service, general AI instruction, or advice in your own field. The strategy stays yours.

What AI-native means here

Five things a third party can see by day forty-two.

  • You run a daily operating system. A context layer and an assistant used every day for thinking, drafting and analysis.
  • You delegate a workflow to a running system with an approval gate, and can say what it is never allowed to do.
  • You judge output in your own domain. Define the question, evaluate the answer, catch the wrong one.
  • You can lead others through it. A written plan for the first agent you would sponsor in a team: the metric, the approval step, the risk.
  • You tell the story. A ninety-second answer to “how do you use AI”, with evidence behind it.

The six weeks

Week 1What the next decade is for. Where AI fits, and what you are done with. Your context layer, written.
Week 2Your chief of staff, running. A one-page brief before every meeting, built live on your next one.
Week 3The search as a pipeline. A weekly market radar and a follow-up drafter with a send gate.
Week 4Judgment. A define-and-evaluate drill on a real document from your field, and your own rules for trusting output.
Week 5The story. Your ninety-second answer and three interview stories, rehearsed and recorded.
Week 6The first agent in your next role. A working-backwards plan, and your ninety-day plan with one number per path.

How the fit call works

Thirty minutes, on Zoom, to find out whether the Sprint fits. For both of us.

1

What is going on

I ask what is happening and what is prompting it now. Your intake answers are the spine, so we do not spend the call on background.

2

One real piece of work

Bring one meeting from the next two weeks. We build your prep brief for it, live, so you feel what the six weeks are like rather than hear me describe them.

3

A straight answer

If I think I can help, I say exactly how I would propose we work. If you would be better served somewhere else, I say that too. We both decide.

Catching up is not the goal. Being visibly ahead is.
