My career has unfolded through many chapters, from marketing analytics and strategy to product management, coaching, and now AI. For more than 16 years at Ogilvy, Ipsos, IBM, and Amazon, I worked at the intersection of people, data, strategy, and technology, and saw how easily achievement can become disconnected from what truly matters.
My own career transition led me inward. Coaching helped me rethink success and make more intentional choices about how I wanted to work and live. I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and ICF Professional Certified Coach, and after 500+ hours of coaching, I now help high-achieving professionals navigate career growth and transition, strengthen confidence and leadership, and redefine success on their own terms.
More recently, AI opened another chapter. I began building personalized AI systems for my own work and life, not simply to do more, but to reduce noise and mental load. For clients who want it, AI can become part of a broader support system, alongside better boundaries, clearer decisions, and more sustainable ways of working. The technology is never the transformation. It is there to create more space for it.
That is my practice today, deep inner exploration and thoughtful outer design. We work on the beliefs, patterns, and choices underneath meaningful change, then build the structures that help it last in everyday life.
